Using a Mediasmart EX-495 with a Smart-UPS 1000. Grid Junction recoginizes the UPS. However, ever couple of days or so, the Grid Junction reports that it is operating on Battery even though everthing is fine. If I RDP into the WHS, the Windows Power Task bar icon also thinks it is running on battery...

I have an Upsonic CS1500 (a popular UPS brand in Australia) which is not recognised by Grid Junction. The standard monitoring software that comes with it is Upsilion 2000 so I am assuming that it communicates using the Megatec protocol. Connection is through USB. I haven’t installed any power management...

I had the same problem. I never regained reliable connectivity. After working with APC, I concluded that Grid Junction will only work reliably with the APC Smart-UPS model.

Hi I am a newbie and am obviously missing something basic here but I have downloaded Grid Junction (and ended up with a bunch of files) but non of them is a .msi file so how do I go about installing Grid Junciton on my Home Server? Cheers .. Kevin
