Installed the app on Windows 7 including the MCE plug-in. Syncronized with Outlook 2002 okay. However, the app still only displays the caller ID number....it fails to associate it with the contact informtion name (have not tried it with the caller picture yet)
Any suggestions....could it be due to having an old version of Outlook...is there a workaround....do you know how I can import the contact data in the correct format?
