I have the same problem. I've looked at the modem log - it is properly reporting the caller ID info using DATE<cr><lf>TIME<cr><lf> etc. But Vista Caller-ID is oblivious. I'm on a Dell Inspiron 530S, 4GB memory, Conexant D850 PCI V.92 modem that appears to be working normally...
