The Belkin Wireless G Router (Part # F5D7230-4) supports the Windows Home Server automatic router configuration over UPnP standards. However, for best results we recommend to manually configure Port Forwarding to your Windows Home Server.
Open your web browser and enter your router’s URL http://192.168.2.1 is the default Belkin router IP address. It should look something like the image below.
Click on "Utilities" and Enable the UPnP option under the “UPNP Enabling” section and click the "Apply Changes" button.
The Belkin Wireless G Router (Part # F5D7230-4) does not support DHCP address reservation. You must configure your Windows Home Server to use a static IP address before proceeding to the next step.
a) Click on "Firewall" and proceed to the "Virtual Servers" section.
b) You need to enable forwarding for 3 different ports: HTTP (80) , HTTPS (443) , RWW (4125). Each of these will need its own row on the table. For all of these, the "LAN IP Address" should be the static IP address you gave to the Windows Home Server in step 3.
